Veggie Burger
Veggie Patty Mark II
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4 large red onion
1 red bell pepper
1-1/4 cups of cooked couscous
Step 1: Chop up all the vegetables really fine.
Step 2: Mix in couscous
Step 3: Add whatever spices you like (I like cayanne pepper,
red pepper flakes and sea salt)
Step 4: Make into patties. If they don’t stick together add some flour.
Step 5: Pan fry in a non stick pan on medium until they are golden brown.
