On sunny days I’m glad I have a deck to sit on.

For me this time of year is always the hardest, mountain biking is winding down, and skiing hasn’t really stared up yet.

Veggie Patty Mark II
3 carrots
2 celery stalks
1/4 large red onion
1 red bell pepper
1-1/4 cups of cooked couscous
Step 1: Chop up all the vegetables really fine.
Step 2: Mix in couscous
Step 3: Add whatever spices you like (I like cayanne pepper,
red pepper flakes and sea salt)
Step 4: Make into patties. If they don’t stick together add some flour.
Step 5: Pan fry in a non stick...
